PowerPoint to PDF is on the roadmap and not working yet, and this page says so instead of leaving you with a dead button. Why it is not live yet: requires server-side LibreOffice engine. Everything else on this site runs in your browser today; the parts marked coming soon need capability a browser tab does not have.
Useful when the job is building a PDF out of something that is not a PDF and you would rather not install software, join a queue or hand the file to a stranger.
How to use PowerPoint to PDF in 3 steps
- This tool is marked coming soon, so nothing here will convert or process a file — read the reason stated above before you spend time on it.
- Use the closest tool that does work today: it takes PPT, PPTX, so look for a live tool in Create & Convert to PDF.
- Bring the result back here for the rest of the job — merging, compressing, protecting or signing a finished file all work today.
What you get with PowerPoint to PDF
- Accepts PPT, PPTX in one go
- Runs in your browser — the file is never uploaded
- Free to use, with no signup and no account
- No watermark or logo added to your output
- Works on desktop and mobile, no install
PowerPoint to PDF: questions
- Can I process several files at once?
- Yes, up to 50 files in a batch, each no larger than 100 MB. Results come back together instead of one save dialog per file.
- Where does the processing actually happen?
- In this tab. The file is read locally, converted or edited locally, and handed back as a download — no copy is sent to a server, so there is nothing for anyone to breach or keep.
- Will it work on a phone?
- Yes. The layout adapts to a small screen and the processing runs in the mobile browser, so a photo or a downloaded document can be handled on the device it arrived on.
- Do I need to pay or register?
- No. Every tool on this site is free, with no account, no email and nothing to install.
