QR Code Generator
URL, text, Wi-Fi or contact → QR (PNG/SVG).
About QR Code Generator
Generate a QR code from a link, plain text, Wi-Fi credentials or a contact, and download it as PNG for the screen or SVG for print. The code is built in your browser from the data you type — there is no shortener in the middle and no service that can change or switch off what you have already printed.
A link on a poster, a table tent or a Wi-Fi guest card that has to work the first time.
How to use QR Code Generator in 3 steps
- Choose the content type and enter the URL, text, network name and password, or contact details.
- Pick the Output format — PNG to drop into a document, SVG for large-format print.
- Download the code and test it on a second phone before you print a hundred copies.

QR Code Generator: questions
- Can I change the URL after printing the code?
- Not with a static QR — the destination is encoded in the pattern itself, which is also why it cannot be silently redirected later. If you need to change it, print a new code; a redirect service is how a working sign becomes an unknown destination.
- Which error-correction level should I choose?
- Medium by default. Go higher if the code will be printed small, placed on a curved surface, or have a logo dropped over it — higher levels tolerate more damage at the cost of a denser pattern.
- Why will my Wi-Fi QR not work on some phones?
- Network type, an escaped password with spaces, and a hidden SSID all break silently. Recheck the exact casing of the password and test the scan before relying on it.
- How large can I print a QR code?
- As large as you like from SVG, since it is vector. As a rule of thumb, the scan distance can be roughly ten times the code's side length — a 10 cm code is fine from a metre away.
