Add Text to Image
Overlay captions with font size, color and position.
About Add Text to Image
Add text to an image with the font size, colour and position you choose, then export the whole thing as one flattened picture. It is the right tool for a caption that must survive being reposted, a label on a screenshot, or a heading on a banner where a separate text layer would only get lost.
Captions, labels and announcements that must travel as one image.

Add Text to Image: questions
- Can I move the text after exporting?
- No — the output is a flattened image, which is what makes it safe to repost. Keep the original file if you may want a different caption later.
- Why does the text look pixelated?
- Usually because the source image is small and you are viewing it zoomed. Work from the largest version of the image you have.
- Can I add several separate lines?
- Run the tool again on the result, or place a longer block with line breaks in one go. For a repeated mark across the image, Watermark is the faster route.
