About Upload Signature
Upload Signature is here for controlling who can open, change or read a document: use a photo/scan of your signature. It takes PDF and produces PDF. Files up to 100 MB each, 50 at a time, and the work happens on your own machine rather than on a server.
Reach for it when controlling who can open, change or read a document is a one-off rather than a workflow: one file, one result, no account in front of it.
How to use Upload Signature in 3 steps
- Start by dropping the PDF you want to work on; the limit is 100 MB per file.

What you get with Upload Signature
- One job, done in the browser: use a photo/scan of your signature.

Upload Signature: questions
- Which file types does Upload Signature accept?
- The drop area takes PDF. Files are read from your device in the browser, so the format has to be one a browser can decode — that is why the accepted list on this page is finite and honest rather than "everything".
- What do I get back from Upload Signature?
- The result is PDF, offered as a download the moment the work finishes. Multiple results come back together rather than as fifty separate save dialogs.
- Is there a file size limit?
- A single file may be up to 100 MB, and a batch up to 50 files. Those are guardrails rather than a paid tier — the work happens on your machine, so an enormous document is limited by your own memory before it is limited by us.
- Where does the processing actually happen?
- In this tab. The file is read locally, converted or edited locally, and handed back as a download — no copy is sent to a server, so there is nothing for anyone to breach or keep.
