- Can the recipient remove the watermark?
- A watermark added here is drawn onto the page content, so removing it means editing the PDF properly. If you need something that cannot be lifted at all, flatten the file afterwards.
- Will a PNG logo with transparency work?
- Yes — transparent PNGs composite cleanly over the page. JPG logos carry a white box, which will cover part of the page behind it.
- Does ScanMaster add its own watermark?
- Never. The only mark on your output is the one you asked for.
