PDF to PowerPoint
Coming soon
Convert PDF pages into slides.
PDF to PowerPoint isn't available in browser mode — yet.
PPTX generation with layout fidelity needs a server-side conversion engine. Meanwhile: use PDF to JPG and insert images into PowerPoint, or PDF to Word for editable text.

PDF to PowerPoint is not live yet, and this page says so instead of giving you a slide deck with the text boxes in the wrong place. Rebuilding a PDF's fixed page geometry as editable .pptx shapes needs a server-side conversion engine, which is exactly the kind of upload ScanMaster avoids. The two routes below get a usable deck today, entirely on your own machine.

How to use PDF to PowerPoint in 3 steps
- Run PDF to JPG to get one image per page, or PDF to Word if you want the text as editable copy.
- In PowerPoint, insert one image per slide for a faithful visual deck — or paste the extracted text over your own template for a deck you can edit.
- Keep the PDF alongside the deck for anything a slide cannot carry, such as selectable text and printed links.
What you get with PDF to PowerPoint
- PDF to JPG renders pages at full resolution, so slides stay readable when projected
- PDF to Word and PDF to Text give you real copy to drop into placeholders rather than retyping
- Nothing is uploaded to a conversion queue while you wait
- Free to use, with no signup and no account
- No watermark or logo added to your output
- Works on desktop and mobile, no install
PDF to PowerPoint: questions
- Why is this one still coming soon?
- A PDF describes where ink sits on a page; PowerPoint needs live text boxes, placeholders and theme-linked objects. Translating one into the other with any fidelity is a rendering job for a server engine, and a rough version would produce decks that look right but cannot be edited.
- What is the fastest workaround?
- Convert the pages to JPG and place one per slide. You get an accurate-looking deck in a couple of minutes; what you do not get is editable text on the slides.
- Can I get the text out at all?
- Yes. PDF to Text and PDF to Word pull the text layer out — for a scan with no text layer, OCR it first — and then you paste into your own slide layout.
